Two Boxes molded into each corner?There are about a thousand variations you can do. If you decide one one just build it to the sub's needed volume of air like paul said. If you have never made a box before.. Make sure you are using the right material(MDF is probably your best bet for wood products anyways) If using screws in MDF i can't emphasise enough that you should pre-drill your holes. The wood will crack if you do not. Aswell, when screwing the box together, place some kind of sealant in between the joints of the wood to make the box airtight. Mono and similar products work great.
